March for Justice for SAF 44

A nationwide sympathy walk and justice for fallen police commandos which was participated by the policemen, firefighters, jailers, private individuals, and families of the 44 slain Philippine National Police - Special Action Forces (PNP-SAF) commandos last March 7, 2015.

This sympathy walk is to commemorate the 44th day after the killing of the “Fallen 44” in a Mamasapano, Maguindanao, Philippines encounter on January 25, 2015. This is also to extend sympathies to the widows and dependents of the 44 Special Action Force commandos, who died in an operation to arrest Malaysian terrorist Zulkifli Bin Hir, alias Marwan.

The PNP Academy Alumni Association Inc. (PNPAAAI) initiated the march with participants wearing white T-shirts emblazoned with “Walk with the widows, run for our heroes”, while carrying placards bearing the photos of the slain 44.

Still No Justice for the Fallen 44 and Investigation is ongoing.
